What are your shipping options?
Near the end of your purchase, you will be given shipping options that vary by location.
For Canada and the US, there is a flat rate including a tracking number.
All international orders are shipped express post with a tracking number.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
We are not responsible for additional shipping costs such as duties and taxes.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
All orders are shipped within three business days and you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number if applicable.

What are your return/exchange policies?
Returns on all regular priced merchandise, including items bought on promotion, will be accepted within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders.
Return items must not have been worn, altered or washed, and must include original tag.
We are not responsible for additional shipping costs on exchanges.
Items purchased from the SALE section of the website are FINAL SALE.
We have the right to deny credit for exchanges, or return payment if the items returned do not meet our policy standards.

Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days, once we've received your package.

NOTE: Shipping & handling, and customs charges are NOT refundable.

For exchanges, we will send you an invoice reflecting the new shipping charges.

How do your sales taxes work?
We charge HST for all Canadian transactions. For the US and all other International destinations, there is no tax charged.
